We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original, unworn condition. Please ensure all tags are attached and the footwear is returned in its original BIRKENSTOCK packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place your unworn BIRKENSTOCK shoes in their original box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
